Agreement Updates
FlashyLink reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time and for any reason. Changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are made will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Service Description
The Platform provides a URL-shortening service that allows you to shorten long URLs for easier sharing and management. While we strive for high uptime and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that the URLs you shorten will be accessible indefinitely.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the Platform, you are solely responsible for the URLs you shorten and the content to which those URLs link. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and to refrain from using it for any unlawful or unethical activities.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to:
- Shorten URLs that link to websites containing illegal, harmful, or offensive material, including but not limited to, malware, phishing schemes, hate speech, and adult content.
- Engage in any activities that violate local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.
- Distribute spam or unsolicited promotional material.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlashyLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Platform or this Agreement shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts.
